To be paid, an official must complete three requirements:
- Complete a match or official's report
- Complete the team ratings for the match
- Have a linked payment destination
Once these requirements are complete, an official can expect payment to be initiated in approximately 7 days and deposited into their account 3 days later. Timely reporting is an important part of an official's responsibilities. If an official does not complete the requirements within 60 days, their payment will be forfeited.
If an official has completed the requirements and is not receiving payments there may be an issue between RefUp's payment processor and the official's bank. To check, go to Settings and click Update under Payment Destination. If there are any Failed Transactions, update the bank information.
If there are problems collecting payment from the match organizer (ex: a card has expired), an official's payment may be delayed. Once the payment is collected the official will automatically be paid.
