RefUp.io will automatically pay officials following the completion of their assignments and reports. Payment is made through direct deposit into an official's bank account.


To setup your bank account:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Click Connect in the Payment Destination setting
  3. You will be asked to create a Stripe account and enter your bank information. Stripe securely stores this information and handles all financial transactions. 
  4. You will be automatically paid for each assignment once you have completed any rating or reporting requirements. These will be shown on My Matches page. 


To update your bank account:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Click Update in the Payment Destination setting
  3. Enter the code you receive to access your Stripe account
  4. Click on the Profile icon in the top right
  5. Click on RefUp under Payout Details
  6. Click the Pencil icon to edit your payout account
