Officials Managers may want to adjust the officials that are eligible for certain matches such as playoffs, exchanges, or development opportunities. RefUp allows managers to add additional officials as eligible for a bid or to select the specific officials that are eligible for a bid. 


To add additional officials as eligible for a bid:

  1. Navigate to My Bids
  2. Click theicon next to bid you want to adjust
  3. Select the additional officials from the dropdown:
    Note: Officials that are already eligible for the bid based on their Referee Pool will not be displayed
  4. Or select a Referee Pool from the bottom of the list to add all the officials in that pool to the bid:
  5. The additional officials will receive a notification that you have suggested them for the bid
  6. You can remove an official by clicking thenext to their name
  7. The selected officials plus officials in the competition's Referee Pool will be able to make offers on the bid


To select the specific officials that are eligible for a bid:

  1. Navigate to My Bids
  2. Click theicon next to bid you want to adjust
  3. Select the "Only allow these officials to make offers on this bid" toggle and then the officials from the dropdown:
    Note: this will cancel any existing open offers for the bid
  4. The additional officials will receive a notification that you have suggested them for the bid
  5. You can remove an official by clicking thenext to their name
  6. The selected officials will be the only officials able to make offers on the bid

    Note: If the number of officials allowed to make offers on a bid equals the number of officials requested, offers from the allowed officials will be won immediately.
